A pet duck at home as a pet, is it against the law?
In honesty, even a miniature horse is classified as a pet if it’s not kept for food or breeding purposes. I don’t think you’ll run into a lot of problems with keeping a duck.
In fact, Looking for San Antonio laws on exotic pets, I ran across a site that convinces me that a duck will be welcomed, in contrast to the wild cats, kangaroos, and monkeys that have been on the market as "Pets"…

pet dog play daily, go for walking daily, welcome us when we return to home daily in fact there are many qualities in pet dogs; which generally, we all like. However there must be some very special quality in pet dogs which give them access in to the home & bed room and my question is what is that special?
Remember, as far as a dog is concerned, they are part of your family. I know, my dog thinks she’s my mother, always shouting at me. Love her to bits. Remember also, they are VERY protective of their owners.
I have 2 dogs, a jack russell and a rat terrier. We used to always make sure there was food in there bowels at all times. But then the jack russell started to gain a ton of weight. Now we follow the back of the dog food bag guideline. It is premium dog food. My dogs get normal activity, but now they act like they’re starving, is this normal? My dogs are healthy otherwise.
it is normal because they were used to eating as much as they wanted because you would just leave the food dish full. they are adjusting to the restrictions. this is very normal and you dont have to worry about a thing

This is going to sound weird. I have an 8 month old female cat who keeps "sucking" on a 4 year old neutered MALE cat. The older cat seems as though he is in pain after the "nursing" has subsided. I’m concerned that this may also mean that the younger cat has severe mental problems. I’m assuming that this behavior is an effect of the cat not being properly weaned. What can I do, or does anyone suggest something that can be put on the older cat’s nipples to stop this from recurring?
You do have a problem. When we wean our new siamese kittens we dab so food on the nose for a while, they lick it off then learn that the food comes from there. Does your female cat eat from a bowl? If she doesnt u’ll have to do the whole weaning the all over again! Put orange on the males nipples, cats hate orange…..
I mean I love animals and my dad loves animals and people in my family love animals. so is it a gene???
I think it’s more of a learned thing- if your parents love animals then you probably grew up with animals and weren’t scared of them. People are genetically programmed to like animals. Most people who don’t like animals don’t like them because they had a bad experience when they were younger. If you grew up with animals around the house, you probably got used to being around them and weren’t scared.
