   you can look for a lot of veg recipes on the internet. you’ll see how many nice recipes you can cook and eat….its great. just play with vegetables, cheese, potatoes, mushrooms, pasta…..etc

   i just became veg …
   i just became veg one month ago. thanks to Emily Deschanel, when i discovered she was a vegan a started to look for information and i just found out its much better to live like this withouth killing or hurting any animal.
   i feel better with myself. we can eat and live without hurting a cow or a pig so….. go green =)

   i just became vegetarian a month ago…but I’m not really sure what to eat. I’ve mostly been eating pasta, salad, and lasgna…any suggestions? thanks!

   when they interviewing her at 5:20 and then at 5:43 it looks asif she could birst into tears. it makes me love her to bits even more how compassionate and caring she is. shes my idol and im really thinking about going vegan/vegatarian.

    i was watching omething about a chicken farm and they had a box full of chicks and they just Literallly threw them into a pen it was horrible
