@chelleybeezy He became a Muslim, changed his name to Yusuf Islam, quit the music biz thinking it was un-Islamic and acted stupid for a long time. He has adopted a less extreme point of view, rejoined the music biz, even performing some of his old songs and promotes peace and understanding again. The U.S. once put him on a plane out of the country, but now they say that they thought he was someone else with a similar name who was on the no-fly list. Now he is permitted in the country.
