This was my first short film.

Synopsis
On the one hand about a boy saving his money to buy a pet; on the other a short film about society valuing appearance more than substance and pricing it accordingly.

my cat enjoys the future!

Iggy is 6 year old male cat, who has always been exceedingly curious and technologically inclined.

the screen is fine! cat’s claws are not as hard as glass.

also: don’t declaw your cat! its like lopping off your fingers at the last joint! trim their nails instead

“New York City Boy” is the second single off the album Nightlife by British music group pet Shop Boys. In the UK, the single peaked at #14 on the UK Singles Chart. In the US, the song hit #1 on the Hot Dance Club Play chart and #53 on the Hot Singles Sales chart.
The b-side, “Casting a Shadow”, was written for BBC Radio 1 during the Solar eclipse of August 11, 1999 and CD2 featured a bonus video showing the song alongside footage of the eclipse in the UK.
